These Labret Studs have a flat back and have a threaded ball to the end of the labret bar, which holds the piercing jewellery in place. These labrets studs are internally threaded, which means the screw is at the end of the attachement  and the hole is at the end of the bar. Attachments suitable for 1.6mm internally threaded jewellery can be used with this piercing jewellery.
